TORCH Music Fest is put together by the TORCH program participants; from auditions through rehearsals, to the night of the performance. TORCH Music Fest encourages NYC youth to express and showcase their culture, creativity and talent. After auditions and rehearsals, the finalists are judged by entertainment professionals and compete for prizes. The event is being held on Friday, June 8th at the Kaye Playhouse.
